TASAGallery.com website (the “website”) is operated by TASA Gallery and you can contact TASA via the “Get in Touch” page on the Website.

TASA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, TASA grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Website.

TASA’s business and the services offered by it are governed by Singapore Law and no warranties and/or representations of any kind(express or implied) are given as to the compliance of the information shown on the Website and/or our business pursuant to or in respect of the laws of any other country.
Application
These terms govern the sale by TASA Gallery to you of products and services for which you place an order that is accepted by TASA Gallery. Your acceptance of the products and services shall be deemed to constitute the agreement of these terms.
Orders
All orders placed by you are subjected to acceptance by TASA Gallery. With regards to pricing, TASA reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on TASA Gallery at any time, limit quantities, correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur and refuse orders at its discretion including, without limitation, orders from distributors, dealers and warehouse stores.
If an error is discovered in the price of the goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that you order na item and the price published on the Website is incorrect for any reason, we will contact you upon discovery of the error to let you know the correct price and ask if you would like to proceed on with your order with the revised price. We shall be under ono obligation to fulfil an order for a product which was advertised at an incorrect price. Should we have fulfilled the order before discovering the error, we reserve the right to take back the goods and refund you the purchase price or charge you the correct amount.
Except as may otherwise permitted by applicable law, you may not cancel an order which TASA Gallery has accepted without the agreement in writing of TASA Gallery.
Delivery
Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond TASA’s control once it leaves our facilities, TASA cannot be held liable for late deliveries, We will, however work with you to ensure a smooth delivery. Any delay in delivery of the products shall not give a right to reject the products or cancel your order. TASA Gallery reserves the right to deliver the products in instalments.
Payment
TASA Gallery reserves the right, by giving you notice at the time you place your order, to increase the price of the products to reflect any increase in the cost to TASA Gallery which is due to any factor beyond its control.
Liability
TASA Gallery shall not be liable for any loss of income or profits or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by the negligence of TASA Gallery, it’s breach or non-performance or any of its obligations under these terms or otherwise. these terms set out the full extend of TASA Gallery’s obligations and liabilities in respect of the sale of the products. In particular there. are no conditions, warranties or other terms, expressed or implied, as to satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose or of any other kind whatsoever, that are binding on TASA Gallery except as specifically stated in these terms. Any condition warranty or other term concerning the sale of the products, which might otherwise be implied into or incorporated within these terms, whether by statute, common law or otherwise, is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
General
TASA Gallery shall not be liable for any loss of income or profits or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising from TASA Gallery delay in fulfilling or failure to fulfil any of its obligations under these terms to the extent that such delay or failure is caused by any circumstance beyond TASA Gallery’s reasonable control. If due to such circumstances or events TASA Gallery has insufficient stocks to meet all its orders, TASA Gallery may apportion available stocks between its customers at its sole discretion. these terms and any terms appearing on any order from to which these terms apply constitute the entire agreement between you and TASA Gallery relating to the products. The failure of TASA Gallery or you to enforce any of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that term and shall in no way affect the right later to enforce the term. The invalidity or unenforceability of any clause of these terms shall not adversely affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provision. No amendment, variation or addition to these terms shall be binding unless agreed to in writing by an authorised representative of TASA Gallery. TASA Gallery may transfer any contract you concluded on these terms or any of its rights or obligations under such contract. These terms will be construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and any disputes shall be settled by the courts of Singapore.
Defined Terms
“TASA Gallery” means TASA Gallery Pte. Ltd. whose head office is at Kong Bong Building @ 41 Jalan Pemimpin, #01-04, Singapore 577186. “Terms” means these terms and conditions of sale. “Products” means any products for which you place an order which is accepted by TASA Gallery. “You” means you, the customer.
