Refund, Return And Cancellation Policy

TASA wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item and need to return it, we’re here to help.


In the event where you are unable to attend a session(Art Jam and Courses only, not applicable for Workshops) due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be advised to reschedule to other available sessions subjected to our 30 Days Reschedule Policy.

  • Art Jamming
    In the event where you are unable to make it for your booking, do inform us at least one(1) day in advance and you are allowed to reschedule your booking to other available sessions within 30 days of your initial booking.
  • Courses In the event where your are unable to make it for your scheduled course session, do inform us at least three(3) days in advance and you may either:
    • Reschedule within the same week to attend your program as the week’s artwork will not be revisited once the week is over, or
    • Reschedule to other weeks to a different program(example, attend 2 classes in a week, 1 class in your program(mandatory) and 1 make up class in different program.

    Do note that you need to reschedule to other weeks, you have to do it within 30 days of the session you missed or the session will be forfeited.

  • Workshops

    Our workshops requires specialised materials every class. Every class take on different learning objectives and ultilize a wide variety of specialized materials prepared for the best learning experience.

    Missing classes due to medical reasons are common and we understand that such incidents are not the wish of anybody. However, in the event where you are unable to make it for a workshop, the materials have already been procured, provided and consumed during the session, expecting students to be present on the day of workshop. As such, all workshops are non-refundable.


Your refund will be issued after we receive your item(s) at TASA. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

  • Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within three(3) business days of receipt of the returned package.
  • For bank transfer or cheque payments, you will need to provide us with the following bank details:

Please note that refunds can only be remitted to a local bank account where the Bank Account Holder name is the same as the Billing Contact filled in when placing the order. Please allow up to five(5) business days for TASA to post the refund to your bank after we receive these information.

If you purchased your item from TASA, you can take it to TASA Gallery in the same country or region for an exchange. Item exchanges are, of course, subjected to in-store product availability. It’s a good idea to check if a product is in stock by visiting and then seeing if it’s available for pickup. The only exchange exceptions are personalized items(such as commissioned artworks) and evens that requires custom-configuration. These items cannot be refunded.

Items ordered on TASA Gallery Online store that arrived damaged or are incorrect can be returned to any TASA store or by contacting Customer Service.

Incorrect Or Damaged Items

Return Items

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the item for a refund. There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product(not purchased in volume) you purchased online from TASA.

Return Policy
Returns are subjected to TASA Gallery Terms and Conditions listed section below. For eligible products, you have up to 14 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.

How To Return An Item

  1. Ship your item back to TASA Gallery
    To return an item to TASA Gallery, contact us via Whatsapp or Email with the reason for return and if the item has been opened. Once your return details have been verified, you may book your preferred courier service to pick up the item. If you have multiple items to return, you may pack them in a single box.
  2. Bring your item to TASA Gallery
    You can always return the item to TASA Gallery Retail Store. Our staff will assist you with your return. Your refund will be processed ar that time.

Terms And Conditions

Your satisfaction is our number one priority

First and foremost, we appreciate the fact that you like to attend our art jams, courses and workshops. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products and services, whether you’re at the TASA Gallery Online store or on the phone with us.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at TASA Gallery. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at TASA Gallery, you agree to the terms set forth along with TASA’s Privacy and Legal.

Standard Return Policy

We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from TASA Gallery. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and built to be just you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.

For any art material returns(not purchased in volume), simply return it with the original receipt and original packaging within 14 days from the date you received the goods. If the item is returned within this timeframe, we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. However, please note that we will only remit refunds to a Singapore bank account where the name of the bank account holder matches the payor’s name/information. Please also note that we will only remit refunds domestically and cannot remit refunds outside of Singapore.

Return Of Products Purchased In Volume

In addition to the Standard Return Policy, the following applies to returns of any product purchased in volume(aggregate of more than 4 per order or across multiple orders) from the same product category:

  • Must be returned within 7 days of the date you receive the product;
  • Will be subjected to a 25% restocker fee per item; and
  • Must be returned to the TASA Gallery where originally purchased.

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections

With regards to pricing, TASA reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on TASA Gallery at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

Should TASA reduce its price on any product within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your product, feel free to contact us to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit you must contact TASA within 14 calendar days of the price change. Please note that this excludes limited-time reductions, such as those that occur during special sale events. Price protection is only available for up to 10 units of a particular product. Additionally, we may require that you have the product with you or otherwise have proof of possession when requesting price protection.

Order Acceptance/Confirmation For Online And Tele Purchases

Once we receive your order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify TASA’s acceptance of your oder, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. TASA Gallery reserves the right to at any time after receiving your oder to accept or decline your order for any reason. If TASA cancels an order after you have been billed, TASA will refund the billed amount.

Shipping and Delivery

Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond TASA’s control once it leaves our facilities, TASA cannot be held liable for late deliveries, We will, however work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.

As TASA takes care of the dispatch of the products you purchase on the TASA store, the risk of loss of, or damage to, product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s). Title in the product(s) shall pass to you when the product(s) is picked up by the carrier from our warehouse. Ar this point, you will receive the Shipment Notification. If there are any issues with delivery, please contact TASA to resolve.

In-Store Pickup and Return

TASA offers in-store pickup for many of the items available on the Online store. Certain products and payment methods, however, may not qualify for in-store pickup. Only you or the person designated by you may pick up the item(s) purchased. A government-issued photo ID and order number will be required for pickup. TASA will notify you when your order is ready and the date by which you need to pick up your items. We’ll also send you a reminder or two, just in case it slips your mind. If you don’t pick up your order, TASA may cancel it.

  • Pickup Contact
    If you select in-store pickup, you may designate a third party to pick up your order. You must provide the name and email address of the third party. Please note that certain products and payment methods are not eligible for in-store pickup by a third party. The third party will need to bring a government issue photo ID and order number for pickup. TASA is not responsible for actions taken by the third party once your item(s) have been picked up.
  • Shopping Outside Singapore
    The TASA Gallery Online Store Singapore ships only within Singapore. We do not ship to freight forwarders.

Consumers Only

TASA Gallery Store sells and ships products to end-user customers only. You may not purchase products at TASA Gallery for resale, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are doing so. Trust us, we have our ways…

Singapore Sales Only

TASA Gallery Store accepts orders from billing addresses within Singapore. TASA will not ship products purchased at TASA Gallery to an address outside of Singapore.


This contract is subject to applicable export control laws. You may not export any product purchased from TASA Gallery to another country or region if prohibited by export control laws. If you do plan to export a TASA Gallery product to another country or region, you must obtain any legally required export licences(or other government approvals) prior to doing so.

Product Availability And Limitations

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, TASA may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us, we’re building them as fast as we can. TASA reserves the right to change quantites available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Futhermore, there may be occasions when TASA confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, TASA will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
