Art Jamming
In the event where you are unable to attend your art jamming session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be advised to reschedule to other available sessions subjected to our 30 Days Reschedule Policy.
Do inform us at least one(1) day in advance and you are allowed to reschedule your booking to other available sessions within 30 days of your initial booking.
Refunds are not available for missed session.
However, you are allowed to reschedule your booking to other available sessions within 30 days of your initial booking.
For participants aged 12 years & below, a parental or guardian is to accompany the child to the art jamming session.
You can either extend your session (subjected to availability) at a small fee or you could sign up for another session on other days.
Yes, art jamming package is transferable. Simply book your session with our booking form to attend the session.

Courses
Simply add the course you wish to attend into your cart and check our your cart and you are set for the lesson.
In the event where you are unable to attend your art jamming session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be advised to reschedule to other available sessions within the same week to attend your program as the week’s artwork will not be revisited once the week is over, or reschedule to other weeks to a different program(example, attend 2 classes in a week, 1 class in your program(mandatory) and 1 make up class in different program.
Do note that you need to reschedule to other weeks, you have to do it within 30 days of the session you missed or the session will be forfeited.
Once registered, no refund for those who wish to withdraw their participant. However, we reserve the right to amend or cancel (full refund) the course with prior notice to all participants.
We strongly discourage parents to sit in with the child during the lessons but you may wait for your child in our main area.

Workshop
Simply add the workshop you wish to attend into your cart and check out your cart and you are set for the workshop.
Our workshops requires specialised materials every class. Every class take on different learning objectives and ultilize a wide variety of specialized materials prepared for the best learning experience.
Missing classes due to medical reasons are common and we understand that such incidents are not the wish of anybody. However, in the event where you are unable to make it for a workshop, the materials have already been procured, provided and consumed during the session, expecting students to be present on the day of workshop. As such, all workshops are non-refundable.

As our workshops are mainly one-off session held by our pool of artist, there will not be any make up class for all workshops.
